At STARK Carpet, we strive for perfection in every fiber, allowing returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom rugs, broadloom cuts, and installed products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Request Authorization
Contact our client services team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your eligible item.
Secure Packaging
Carefully roll the carpet with the pile facing inward and wrap it in the original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty moisture-proof packaging.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in its original, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
